I'm Candice Fraser, a Meditation Teacher, Coach Practitioner and founder of The Kindness Couch.
I'm also a busy Mum who decide that I was going to lead by example when it comes to raising my sons by creating a life that brings me joy - who would have thought it includes helping others do the same!
I take people from a space of feeling disconnected with who they are to a place of knowing and trusting themselves enough to follow a path that feels right for them.
