I'm a Mum to two energetic boys, wife and dog Mum.
The Kindness Couch was born after a period of an exceptionally harsh inner critic and loss of identity after becoming a Mum.
I wanted to set an example to my boys about the importance of living a life with meaning and joy. That was the beginning of a LONG self-discovery road, healing past wounds, and an even longer education and research road.
But here I am, I reached my destination and now I'm ready and powerfully equipped to help other women do the same. Connect to who they are and let it bubble to the surface in a mindful and compassionate way.
On the road to creating The Kindness Couch, I became a Neural Linguistics Programming Practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, Time Line Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Certified Coach Practitioner and Health and Nutrition Coach.
