Great question! When people hear the title Coach they often assume they are going to be spoon fed step by step exactly what to do. Coaching is nothing like that. I believe you are an amazing and unique individual and to live your best life you have to lead the way. We all have our own path, we can learn from others but we shouldn't follow.
As a Coach I support clients in identifying and setting their OWN goals and work with them to develop strategies to achieve their goals. No-one else can tell you who you are and what your goals should be, we figure out what is important to YOU and why. Conversational Coaching is about putting the client in the drivers seat.
I believe that every one has the wisdom within them to make positive changes to their lives, but life hurdles, habits, and a lack of confidence get in the way. It's time to take control!
I hold space for my clients to make empowering decisions for themselves, develop ownership of their life, and provide accountability for my clients until they can feel accountable for themselves. With ZERO judgement - I am a completely impartial sounding board!
Our sessions include a conversation based approach to identify challenges and blind spots that are holding clients back, and then develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
I support clients to make small, manageable changes without the overwhelm. This is oh so important in achieving and maintaining results!
The 1:1 Package works over a minimum of three months and sometimes longer depending on the clients wants and needs. A minimum of three months is required because lasting change takes time, and over three months we can start to see patterns in behaviour.
At the end of the day my goal is to empower YOU to realise that YOU are YOUR own experts on YOUR individual body, mind and life!
Because you are the expert on yourself! It's time to OWN IT, better still LOVE IT!
