What is Coaching?
When people hear the title Coach they often assume they are going to be spoon fed step by step exactly what to do. Coaching is nothing like that, it's so much more empowering!
I hold space for my clients to make big and little decisions for themselves, develop ownership of their life, and provide accountability for my clients until they can feel accountable for themselves.
Our sessions include a conversation based approach to identify challenges and blind spots that are holding clients back, and then develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
Coaching gives you clarity, the right clarity for YOU. I support clients to make small, manageable changes without the overwhelm. This is oh so important in achieving and maintaining results!
What is EFT Tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is revolutionary treatment that originated in China, that offers the body the opportunity to heal. It is a very effective way of clearing out feelings like anxiety, limiting beliefs, cravings, phobias, even physical pain.
EFT is a useful tool to fast track moving forward to chase your goals. For example, you want to start a business but you have a limiting belief that you will fail, we can tap on that and start kissing it goodbye!
The process of tapping reduces stress hormones in your body, acknowledges the hard stuff you are going though and allows you to let go of the emotional response attached to your limiting belief/phobia/anxiety etc.
Why Meditation and Mindfulness?
The benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness are profound. Learning these skills allows you to sharpen your attention, increase you resilience to stress, supports self-compassion, can reduce blood pressure and other stress related health issues, can improve your relationships, and you can see things more clearly.
In addition we can use meditation to visualise your future self achieving all your goals - this process allows you to obtain both clarity and motivation to achieve your goals.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of alternate therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. This practice emerged in Japan and is essentially a process of transferring universal energy to the client.
While there is little scientific evidence to explain why Reiki is so effective, it is becoming an increasingly popular healing tool. Hospitals around the world are even starting to offer Reiki as a part of their service to patients.
Individuals report different experiences, such as being able to think more clearly, being more relaxed than after a massage, improvements in physical health (such as heart disease, improved fertility, cancer, chronic pain) and mental conditions (such as anxiety).
A little more information:
A1:1 Package works over a minimum of three months and sometimes longer depending on the clients wants and needs. A minimum of three months is required because lasting change takes time, and over three months we can start to see patterns in behaviour, build on clarity and identify strong strategies to move forward.
**All 1:1 Sessions are held via Zoom - you will need to be in a nice quite place for our sessions with no distractions**
