Meditation has connected me with my inherent ability to experience love and compassion for myself. It has given me emotional honesty to challenge the way I perceive myself, who I am, and what I want in life.
It has given me the ability to access my inner calm at times when I need it most.
Meditation has led me back to myself, my home within. With that comes confidence, direction, compassion, peace and joy.
Meditation is a gift to all parts of our lives and as a Meditation Teacher I feel blessed to walk along side others on their journey home within.
As a Meditation Teacher I will not rescue you, as you are not powerless. I will not fix you, as you are not broken. I will walk beside you, holding space, as you rediscover and reconnect with your healing and shining light within.
At the end of the day we all choose how we live our lives. We can live busy. We can live fuelled by drama. We can live feeling inadequate. We can live our life doing what others want you to. Or, we can live mindfully.
Present in life.

Taking action to make the most of YOUR life.
Mindful living allows you to take life by the horns, not letting life pass you by or getting caught up in unhelpful inner chatter.
When we live mindfully we are able to filter unrealistic worrying and irrational thoughts, we become aware of our inner critic and can nurture it to be constructive and helpful in life.
Mindful living is the attitude you apply to your life. It is a state of being.
No-one nails it all the time but there are simple things we can do each and every day to cultivate a life with a sense of calm, acceptance and peace.
Savour your food, limit TV and screen time, spend time in nature, connect with your senses, star gaze, take time to reflect on your actions, and naturally - meditate.
My online Meditation Group is held within a private Facebook Group and includes:
- Monday - Friday 15 minute guided meditation at 6am (AEST)
- Saturday morning receive a weekend reflective practice to grow your mindful living skills.
